Housing turn around about TOL 02/01/08
Homes are coming back. Fed will continue to lower rates, AMK and MBI will not fail, and as home prices are at all time lows people will start to buy.

Retail is going to benefit from Fed about AEO 02/01/08
American Eagle is way undervalued and with CC rates going down, Gov. stimulus package (total BS) and consumer spending swinging back up, AEO will capitalize.

Rates down = new car sales up (even for F) about F 02/01/08
Ford will likely see sales rise only because of lower rates and their cheaper cars. As this is unexpected Ford should rise

Banks are coming back about WB 02/01/08
With interest rates going lower and mortgage refinances going through the roof, profits will be up. Housing is turning around.
