Re: Two companies GPSN vs PLKH ; $0.13 vs $1.40 ?04/16/07
Don't look at PLKH's sales record. Start by looking at each stocks performance. Over the past year GPSN is up nearly 70% while PLKH is down more than 8%. Furthermore, PLKH's stock has done virtually nothing ------ flatlining = death. GPSN has been trending upwards but considering its cheap price this may be a reflection on its financing rather than its performance. Companies like these ar...

I would probably invest in currencies. Mutual funds and ETFs are also a good idea but there's so much liquidity in the fx market that if you know what you're doing you stand to make a great deal of money. I do invest in ADRs, however, and these ADRs coupled with their domestic counterparts provide an excellent arbitrage opportunity.

Re: What do U feel about RNSDF?03/22/07
I'm not very familiar with RNSDF so I can't speak to its role in the global economy, however in regards to the auto space in general, intuitively I would just go long on Toyota (TM). I'd love to learn more about Renault though. Cheers!

To be completely honest I don't always list a price because I just don't know. Other times I make conservative estimates based on my perceptions of where the market is pricing the stock. Still, depending on the stock's vol. I used technical analysis and list a higher resistance level (simple or fibonacci-based).
More willing to take occasional risks while protecting assets from the risk of major losses. I'm a junior at Bentley College majoring in Economics-Finance and minoring in both International Economics and Sociology of Globalization. This spring semester I'm seeking recognition for my student organization - The Globalization Society at Bentley College. Aside from academia, I'm very interested in the capital markets. I'm currently managing a portfolio with approximately $60,000 in it. I also watch the foreign exchange markets a lot and do a little paper trading there. I'd like to start trading for real soon.
