It's a great question and good risk management techniques are necessary to maximize returns for your portfolio. There are several ways to do this. These ideas work for me but may not be suitable for someone with a different level of experience or risk exposure (especially #1).

There are many different approaches you can take. With the stock making new highs you probably have a profit and want to hang on to it. The stock continues to trend up which is good but the option is currently 0.40x0.50 with only 0.06 of intrinsic value so the majority of the value you have now is time premium which will fade to zero over the next 4 weeks if the SPIL price doesn't rise. It depends on how you define "Bull Market" but I don't think so. Nothing has changed fundamentally in the global markets although there was some technical damage done in the last down move that will need time to be digested. I expect a retest of recent highs on the S&P500 (about 1440-1455) and probably another pullback and some consolidation before penetrating to new highs again in the Fall. GL!
