ICO remains our top small cap coal play. WIth that sector pulling back here, wait and bide your time if you want ICO long. I still say its a $25 stock longer term and coal remains viable as an energy source in need. But, remember, these little ones can get knocked silly when they do slide. It wouldnt' be unheard of to see ICO slide to $9s or $8s even in a more progressed downturn if we got it. So, make sure whatever you do to have your stops set and rock 'em, sock 'em!
