LM is resetting up for a very nice short.

This is one of my favs in terms of shorts longer term. I think LM sees $25 to $30 within the next 60 to 90 days. We've had it short for a while and covered it today. I think these types of bounces in this sector are great, for reshorting. Make sure you don't get carried away with the notion of "Bottoms", they don't exist in Bear Markets.

Personally I like a WM short here given their newfound exposure to low quality credit

watch out, even with a lousy fundamental story we have been so oversold lately that you might want to wait for a short term rally
