Two companies GPSN vs PLKH ; $0.13 vs $1.40 ?

Check the Financials Of these two companiesGPSN vs PLKH, why is one $1.40 and one $.13. Could it be the shares outstanding?

They have very a similar market cap, sales record (plkh is slightly better), and product. Someone please enlighten me. I am not that savy when It comes to this stuff. Any thoughts opinions would be helpful.

Don't look at PLKH's sales record. Start by looking at each stocks performance. Over the past year GPSN is up nearly 70% while PLKH is down more than 8%. Furthermore, PLKH's stock has done virtually nothing ------ flatlining = death. GPSN has been trending upwards but considering its cheap price this may be a reflection on its financing rather than its performance. Companies like these are probably giving warrants away like candy to accredited investors willing to finance their negative operation cash flows so that the firm can meet the listing requirements. Do yourself a favor and get out of the golf course management stock space.
