Housing still a problem so WB has a problem

Market got carried away with itself last week with the 20% rally in financials of which Wach was a big part.

Reality is back

1) Fed says it will hike before the housing problems are solved.

2) Housing is still a problem especially in the West and South East which means credit is a problem which means WB still has a problem because most of their loans are in those regions.

There still is the potential that WB may be bought out by one of its larger competitors
