Food Sanitation

Given the recent food contamination scares with e-coli in spinach and, now, salmonella in jalapenos, ECL could move sharply higher since it is in the food industry sanitation business. I have already seen it working wonders in some local restaurants, getting them to get their act together in terms of sanitation in the workplace.

ECL nice little investment. But not at this price. You have a narrow window 39-52. I checked out insider trades. They buy at and under 41 and sell at 44 and over. She has options which is great plus a small dividend. Also PE is a bit heavy at 23.
