Where is the bottom? Is there a bottom?

There may be a Dow Jones bottom somewhere between 6,500-7,500 and equivalent in other markets, but this is a unique situation.

Any time a market collapses in a panic some good stocks wind up oversold and there are tremendous bargains.

Any thoughts on what the winners will be and the bottom? I think that I'm going to start digging for strong buys around 7500 Dow Jones

They say a V is starting to form and everyone is saying we are at or have reached the bottom. Three months out the turn around should start is what I am hearing. No matter what the prediction My portfolio is up in Shares (reinvestment) and at these prices will be stronger then before the downturn. This is not my first.
