Given the trading pattern of this stock, after the reverse merger in
Feb, I believe the stock will go up to at least $1.50 in the next
couple of weeks. It will trade around $2.50-$4.00 by the end of the year.
Highlights of the Company.
1) It is a specialty life science company, organized in 2003 to
commercialize a novel combinational chemistry-based technology which can neutralize harmful environmental contaminants, toxins and dangerous micro-organisms including bacteria, viruses and spores.
After receiving promising aboratory results from Philip Tierno Jr., Ph.D., a renowned microbiologist, for its Ygieneâ„¢ antimicrobial agent technology in 2004, BioNeutral initiated a development program in New Zealand that resulted in poor results. Development was transferred to the company's Newark, NJ laboratory at the New Jersey Institute of Technology for further analysis under chief scientist Dr. Andrew Kielbania, Ph.D. In 2007, Dr. Kielbania successfully created table, reproducible, non-corrosive, commercial grade formulations which could be used for disinfectant and sterilant applications; essentially creating a new standard for the disinfectant market.
2) On January 30, 2009 the operation went public by backing into a public shell known as Moonshine Creations, Inc. and started trading under its new name and the trading symbol BONU.OB in February 2009.
3) The formulations, including ygiene and Ogiene, include natural and common ingredients, which are found in baby products and in every day foods
4) The company has created a set of formulations that it expects will pass both EPA and FDA certification protocols with a focus on determining the concentration levels of antimicrobial actives and support the necessary shelf life desired.
5) The formulations have a wide range of applications in hospitality industry, homeland security, surgical and dental sterliants and in various consumer products.
6) The CEO is taking his entire compensation in stock!!!!!!
