What's happened to this site?

When did it become overrun with penny stock promoters? Does anybody else feel that there are far too many hucksters pushing dodgy securities on the site?

The same thing has happened to this site that happens to every forum style site. Do you remember Raging Bull in the early days vs. now? Do you remember Silicon Investor in the early days? It didn't take long for the penny stock promoters to take them over. It seems to me that the only way to keep that type of commentary out is to limit the commentary to high quality, large and mid-cap stocks with suffificient float that cannot be controlledor pumped by these types of comments.
