MXIM - financial restatement completed 10/01/08
Maxim has reapplied to be listed and expects it to happen in early October. This should allow the larger market players to begin buying this stock (if they have any money). I am confused. I already had mxim in my portfolio. I am challenged so I choose MXIM because I still think it is a great choice and socialpicks acts as if I sold mxim and rebought it. I have no idea how that affects my overall ranking. I wish there was a better FAQ page here.

Started socialpicks on 6/30. some stocks here are not in socialpicks portfolio. I have already grazed about as much as I wish to....This stock is the runt of the pack which must bear close watching. Stock is at its lowest price since 2003. I think that with revenue growing (offset by lower margins) I will give this a chance for awhile.

I am dropping GCI from my recommended list due to financial deterioration. Had around a 5% loss since the purchase on 8/3/08.

I got into MXIM on my socialpicks portfolio and currently have a 25% gain. I like the financial strength, the dividend (just raised to 20c per share = yield of 3.6%). Once this is taken off the pinks, institutions will buy back in. I would rate this stock a buy below 24.....
