Clean Energy Fuels Corp. provides natural gas as an alternative fuel for vehicle fleets in the United States and Canada. It designs, builds, finances, and operates fueling stations and supplies compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas.
We believe CLNE will become a play as natural gas moves higher and alternative fuel becomes increasingly accepted. The company recently opened the World's largest compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in Peru.
CLNE will be reporting earnings on May 15th. The company has grown revenue from $77.95 million in 2005 to $91.54 million in 2006 to $117.71 million in 2007.
CLNE closed near its high of the day in yesterday's session and closed above its 50-day moving average with its 200-day moving average at $15.01. We believe CLNE has nice upside potential from its current price.
