I know the talking heads agree it is too early to start bargain hunting financials, but I disagree. NCC particularly has potentially raised enough capital already, yet it is trading like a Washington Mutual. Additionally, the SEC investigation weighs heavily on them, but the end of that investigation will bring a round of upgrades or bankruptcy. I think it'll be the former. Short-run this may fall another 20% on volatility in the market, but long-term it'll lead to handsome returns.
