Definitely an opportunity. I believe it's hit bottom. This company has so much bloat from poorly integrated acquisitions that there is significant opportunity to cut costs by streamlining and trimming fat. Medicare reimbursement is definitely an issue, but they can make it work. Management issues have largely been worked through, legal problems behind them and costs taken last quarter, the runway is clear for plenty of upside here. I don't expect to see 52 week highs again soon, but at current prices this should be a solid investment.
