Opinion on  MBIA Inc. (MBI)     Sector: Financial  >  Industry: Insurance (Prop. & Casualty)
Long on MBI

With the recent backing of the gov in this sector, and the potential of covers for all the shorts floating, I think MBI will see some new higher price support  for the short term, and a slow rise for long.  I vote get in soon, let it simmer!

If current trends hold we should start seeing the first round of short sells calling in. which should drive the price up faster then we are currently seeing it rise.

The progress this stock as well as ABK have made short term is a very positive sign.  Couple that with the recent deals made to offset or buy out of the volatile debt, and we should start to see confidence regain and again more buying of these two stocks.

Confidence, will be the key factor for both of these stocks.  Once we see some more growth, and a few more debt deals in the books, we will see 20's and 40's for both of these.

I re-iterate my last position on ABK and MBI.  It is not too late for those of you that have not seen the UsLs1 Light.

haha I kid, but seriously, Take a look at the the charts.  they are not OPINION.  they are the only REAL accounting of the performance of these stocks.

You can look at the CEO's you can talk about the overall Sector, but look at the charts.  Look at who is buying them, look at the volume, look at what they cost now, vs what they cost a month ago or a year ago.

30 a share is not that far away for either of these.  20 is less far! haha

Get in now, and lets all laugh at buying these when they were under 20 and 10 .
