The takeover of puget-sound energy is still opposed by the state of washington, however, it seems unlikely that the opposition will derail the merger.  Having recieved regulatory approval approval by anti-trust regulators, it seems like washington can do little but pout on the sidelines as shareholders vote in favor of the merger and take their 30 dollar per share buyout offer

PSD is a pass in MHO. Little dividend, little window for price move and no insider movement for a company looking for a merger.
