AB - trying to pick up some good stocks in this market

AB is a stock I have been watch for a long time.  Will purchase 1% of my total assets worth of this stock at www.updown.com.  I may be going against the tides here, but I need to take a bit of risk here.  My updown account is only 70% invested now and I need to put the funds to work.  Today the stock has dropped below my $38 target.
I will purchase CAH (Cardinal Health) if it reaches $47.
