The dollar is back on track so their dependence on non-dollar denominated growth is likely to be stymied for some time. Also, their experience has not converted into any significant growth in outsourcing, and their enterprise customers continue to favour quality provides from the world over. I thnk people need to re-rate this sector for 2009
