Fundamental Analysis  

Never in my lifetime has there been a time when stocks could be baought and held.

The REITs are paying WAY more than the T-bills. Folks the day you add rising dividends to that and these babies are exploding.

Buy now into a company tht gave back to the sharholders during good times and bad. REITs are the only real investments left. The only ones that can be trusted.

never in my lifetime have i witnessed a stock hold up against a tsunami wave of selling. this year is going to be a bad one so be careful of long-term buying. further discounts may be well on their way.

i would wait until later this week or early next week before looking to take a long position.
