Via short-termtrading.blogspot.com/:
Sun Microsystem posted a profit in the third quarter, matching expectations, but shares dropped on concerns about lower-than-expected revenue.
Its net income was $67 million, that compares with a loss of $217 million in the period a year ago. Revenues for the quarter were $3.28 billion, a slight increase from the $3.18 billion recorded in the year-ago period, but short of the $3.42 billion expected.
After the breakout of the trendline, SUNW has developed a flag. The breakout to the downside has occurred in the form of a big gap. Although there could a congestion phase or a tentative rebound, it seems that we'll see lower prices here.
