A PDUFA date of 5/25 sent HEB over $2 in the premarket and an $18.3 mil. offering sent it down to a low of $1.05. To me this says a guaranteed gain of at least $.70 cents over the next week and a half. Hold it through the decision if you want. Sentiments seem high. I bought into HEB after finding a four-bagger in ACUS. Too bad I don't have much time to keep up with this site.
