Regardless of WAMUQ as a company, the lawsuit is bound to make this price volatile.  At 0.08 I think it's valued about right and perhaps some of the extreme risk here is already factored into the price?  Etiher way, I don't see this one doing much of anything (up or down) until things are decided in court.  Get in or out while you still can before the trial, but if you are in like I am @ 0.085 just remember that you are betting on exactly that, a court trial and the whims of a judge.
