I would buy this stock for 3.90-4 a share. Small cap, uncovered stocks tend gradually lower in value until they reach a price that is so low that people start paying attention to them. I would value snss at about 4.5 based on reasons I've outlined before. The apparent loss of value is simply due to the lack of volume and coverage.
