has formed a large base to launch upward from... poked up above resistance and pulled back under $36. now it either accelerates to upside or I go away. many cell phone makers paying IDCC royalties so while earnings results to be announced on Nov 1st. results matter less than usual b/c business model is in acceleration mode and the story is not about this quarters results.
