With absolutely no debt and 40%+ of its workers as engineers this is a company that is low on bueracracy and high on efficiency.  Its website and annual reports are similarly without frills.



It is constantly accumulating patents and now has over 1,000 of them.  Given the fact that its intangible patents are a large part of its value, it is astounding that its price book ration is a mere 1.6.
