Map / Data provider for navigaton systems. The industry is a duopoly with NVT and Tele Atlas (Netherlands). In car-navigation is still growing, but the main driver are personal systems. The interesting trend will be the mobile phone market. The first cell phones are coming out next year with integrated GPS chips (such as Nokia N95). Tele Atlas is traditionally stronger in the portables market, but SocialPicks only let's you select US stocks :-)
NVT recently started a price war with TA. That is bad news in a 2-Firm industry. Both stocks have been punished for that. Let's hope they learned their lesson.
