Greetings:
AMD stating it simple has nothing to loose.
Just recently they invested 7.5 million dollars in Transmeta, another CPU company that wasn't doing so well.
Personally I postion AMD as small splinter in Intel's toe, which doesn't go away.
In 2008, if Intel's new line of CPU's dedicated for UMPC's and Small Form Factors doesn't sell well, maybe AMD will take advantage of it and increase sales in that market area.
Also AMD has been winning offers with many companies, like Vega Everun,
UMPC, and DataCube.
We all have to wait and see what 2008 will bring.
My analysis is to buy AMD stock
