Another month has passed and another round of Mayor’s picks has arrived. The news on the market right now is all about mergers and acquisitions. Some stocks will benefit others will suffer after making dumb moves. Overall it drives the market up (although artificially) and creates good gains for savvy investors. I’m still high on casino stocks but I see the high side coming soon after Harrah’s takes a buyout. Airlines are still on the comeback and retailers like Walmart are in the dumps.
