TMY's sole asset is the license to a large portion of the Gasha oil field in Kazakhstan.  TMY has never been a successful company.  They have never drilled effectively, produced significantly, and never turned a profit.  However, their asset is quite valuable and is currently on sale to the highest bidder.  TMY has strong insider buying and institutional ownership.  Announcements regarding bids are expected soon.
