(NYSE: AFN - News), a specialty finance real estate investment trust, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2007 of $0.31 per common share, the same dividend amount paid for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2007 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 21, 2007. The ex-dividend date is September 19, 2007.
