Delek US Holdings, Inc. (Delek) is an energy business focused on petroleum refining and supply, and retail marketing. It has three segments: refining, marketing and retail. Delek's refining segment operates an independent refinery with a design crude distillation capacity of 60,000 barrels per day (bpd), along with an associated crude oil pipeline and light products loading facilities. Its marketing segment sells refined products on a wholesale basis in west Texas through Company-owned and third-party operated terminals. Its retail segment markets gasoline, diesel and other refined petroleum products and convenience merchandise through a network of 394 Company-operated retail fuel and convenience stores. In July 2006, it acquired 43 retail fuel and convenience stores located in Georgia and Tennessee from Fast Petroleum, Inc. In addition, it acquired refined petroleum product terminals, seven pipelines, storage tanks and idle oil refinery equipment from Pride Companies, L.P.
