Baidu is the third largest search engine in the world behing google and yahoo. Many refer to it as the GOOG of China and with the rate at which the Chinese economy is growing, this search engine will undoubtedly grow with it and begin increasing their ad sales leading to a huge impact on the bottom line. China has also implemented sanctions onto BIDUs rival, GOOG, not allowing them to have complete access to all of China's internet capabilities. This will keep BIDU the number one search engine in China. These intenet search engines have low fixed costs which makes for little to no debt another plus for these service sector companies. Baidu blew away the streets EPS expectations this last quarter.
