As long as there is a rumor floating around that CEO Jim Crowe won't die this stock will. The great fear I have in shorting LVLT is for the company to release a press release stating that Jim Crowe has died of cancer.
It's all about management. It is the corrupt management team at LVLT that keeps this stock down and out. The investor bankers don't trust Jim Crowe. The potential canidits for a take over buyout don't trust Jim Crowe. His life is the death of LVLT.
The last time LVLT rallied strong was when it was announce Jim Crowe had cancer. The shareholders had hope. But since then it was learn that his cancer was treatable. But hope still kept the stock up. Following the announcement of the success of Crowe's surgery, the stock fell back to earth.
DO NOT BUY LVLT UNTIL JIM CROWE IS DEAD.
