As we all know, BQI is one of the most promising companies out there in the business pertaining to the Western Canadian Oil Shales. Its the only company that has a market capital of $1 Billion+ at a bargain price which fluctuates between the high 4's and high 5's; with the exception of the 6.38 jump in november which was a freak rally. It fell back to 5.20 within one week. A good entry point at the current moment is around low 4's to mid 4's for a long shot. But realistically speaking we might not see a dip that low for a while. Although it has fallen to 4.53 when BQI announced an IPO of $5 for 11 million units and C$6.17 per flow-through shares of 2.6 million common shares. Its highly unlikely that we'll see another dip that low unless some bad news leaks. This IPO tells us a lot about BQI's hunger, if not, desperation for more capital to fund their operations. The majority of people trading this stock, are simply "trading" and not "investing" for the long shot. The investor shouldn't be held accountable for their actions; BQI has simply failed to show a profit, but it compensates that failure by meeting deadlines and posting reports about their current activities. Its common sense that BQI is a speculative stock with a good chance of being amongst one of the mid-level oil producing companies. It will never be like Exxon, or Shell. But it has a good chance of being bought by one of them. A joint venture is highly likely, with the price of oil being close to $100, its important to realize BQI's place in the future. For the sake of repetition. It has one of the largest properties that have proven reserves that can produce up-to 10+ billion barrels per day (October 2007 estimate). At the current moment, they're in the exploration stage. By early '09 we'll start seeing BQI level off around $7.5-$8.5. By late '09 we might start seeing some heavy fluctuations in price reaching up-to $9 or $10. These predictions are inaccurate, but there's evidence of BQI posting reports of their final exploration stage at that time of the year following some reports of the production stage. This stock is said to be valued, by analysts, around $15-$25 in the future..
