RACK has refreshed its management team and is positioned in the middle of the compute consolidation trends. They are facing extreme competition from HPQ, IBM and SUNW, but have managed to keep revenues flat during this transition time. They have a good story regarding compute/watt and the new management team may be able to take advantage of trends around virtualization to change the stock's prospects.
