I love this season! It's the season when interest rates take a nosedive. It means virtual banks, homebuilders, and homebuilding suppliers start to finally make progress. Sure the sectors have been beaten up, and they've been beaten up for so long "everyone" has seemingly forgotten about them, and MFA is no different.

When Bernake's interest rate lowering pencil gets dull, I'll close out this position. But until then I'm loading up. Rock on MFA!
