Baxter is a medical services company headquartered in Deerfield IL with three divisions -bioscience,renal and medical devices segment.The company has a diversfied product line, a growing market,patent protection and the cost advantage from a falling dollar.The stock is a bit richly valued at pe 23.1 pb 5.53 but is relatively debt free(0.447 debt-equity ratio).
