Is your rating based on technical factors or do you have any opinion about their near term business prospects. I can't imagine any negative news that is not already baked into the price.

Sure the price could go lower.. but only a bit..the upside is unlimited and it is quite likely that it will go much higher in the near or intermediate term and potentially much higher in the lo...
