huge liquidation by major shareholder and peru pessimism just slaughtered the share price although company looks to me as in good shape and is a bargain @ 10$ any comments?

well stock price already reflects some worst case scenarios still at this lvl i would not short it... i picked it long actually just to have some hedge from consumer related short position but in my opinion shorting stocks below ~10-20$ is not a good idea

more important is copper\gold\silver prices they are down hard, especially silver i agree stock has very good growth in production assets but will stay under pressure with commods playing it long also but keeping an eye on dxy commods longterm trend up broken... we are going to see a bounce but hell knows whats is next PS takeover isnt likely to happen - majors are out of money
