Still Bullish on AIG. At long as they have their insurance units intact, than the question will become how long will it takes for things to stabilize and turn around for this company. Government helps and selling assets make a turning point for things to turn in the right direction,(IMHO) hence my recommendation. Sorry for the delay in posting my investment thesis. Life.... :P

Nothing has fundamentally changed for this company! AAB-001 PII has given the company the right path to go forward. Early filing? May be for non-ApoE-4 carriers. Ty is still on the market and the risk of PML is clearly defined in the label as 1:1000. In realty, the current probability of contracting PML is much lower than that. Closing this trade today. With Point and Figure for the NASDAQ High-Low at 5.8%. The risk of a rebound is great. Even though the fundamental of this company has changed to the downside. It is prudent to close this position and take the gain.

I used to trade this stock when it was around 8 to 10 bucks. I still don't seem to understand the under performance for this stock. It has all the characteristics to be a good stock, a FDA APPROVED product, a strong investor in Kirk (I think that is name) and partnerships with big pharams. (Roche and Baxter) The stock is trading in a range of upper 4 to low 6. I still have it on my watc...

To add to Thomas point, we deal with retailers all the time. (I am in the logistic business.) Our customers are forecasting a not so good Christmas/holiday seasons. There are already factories closures in southern China. I agree with the thesis for GM. However, IMHO, the trade is getting a bit crowded at the moment. Best of luck
