rates will go up, new stimulus idea may bring relief but I am sure the buzz on the market will be short lived as the plan will not be put in place soon enough to make a real solid hold on the upswing of the market. Its to early to get excited as the credit crunch maintains front page trough this market downfall.

Bailout wont do much for the economy but a good turn will possibly be with European markets are falling they may look to more secure federally backed American markets to invest money.
