The markets have displayed their habitual behavior as a major holiday arrives. It is tough for me to characterize this positive price action as a sign that the downside has been contained, because it is still on lower volume and not broad based. Yes, the NASDAQ volume was higher yesterday, but it was lower than average and for me that is more important on significant percent advances
