TACT looks like a good investment however...

Her predicted 52 week high is $11 and she now sits around 13. Time to buy in was back around 3.58 Wait for a pullback. I don't expect a major one but $9 looks good.

Follow up on my previous post. TACT is well bellow 9 now. Hold LT and you should be rewarded. Trading volume is very low right now. Companies are cutting back on expense. When the economy turns around so should TACT.
