VeriSign (VRSN) said it agreed to sell its Communications Services Group to TNS Inc. (TNS) for $230 million in cash. The deal is expected to close within 60 days. VeriSign interim CEO Jim Bidzos said in a statement that the company continues to focus on its core Internet infrastructure business.

In todayâ€™s regular session, VRSN fell 37 cents, or 1.9%, to $18.96.
