Well, you can now officially stop paying attention to Airspan Networks (AIRN).

The WiFi equipment provider late yesterday said it will voluntarily de-list its shares from Nasdaq, and also de-register the stock from SEC compliance with filing requirements. So long, Airspan.

AIRN today is off 10.2 cents, or 54%, to 8.55 cents.
