Compuware (CPWR) this afternoon posted revenue for its fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 of $253.4 million, down from $338.9 million a year ago, and below the Street consensus of $268 million. EPS of 20 cents a share beat the Street by a penny.

In late trading, the software company’s shares are unchanged at $7.42.
