Despite last week’s selloff, when only 4 sectors managed to be in the plus column, we managed to find more new technical analysis buy signals than sell signals. Beverage stocks managed to make both the top performing list and the new buy list. We like this kind of confirmation and will be fishing around the beverage sector looking for stocks to buy. On the tail side of the coin, semiconductor stocks made both the worst performing and new underperformance list. Again we will screen through semis looking for overvalued semiconductor stocks that might be worthy of profit taking. New Sell Signals: Sectors That Should Underperform:
