Digital River (DRIV) posted Q3 revenue of $99.4 million, up from $96.3 million a year ago, and ahead of the Street at $98.3 million. Non-GAAP profits of 42 cents a share beat the Street consensus by a penny. For Q4, the company sees revenue of $94 million to $98 million, with non-GAAP profits of 30-34 cents a share; the Street has been expecting the e-commerce services provider to post $96.5 million and 42 cents. The company noted that the company still does not have complete visibility on the implementation of the previously announced decision by Symantec (SYMC) to move its e-commerce platform in house. Current Q4 guidance includes expected revenue of $16 million to $18 million from Symantec. In late trading, DRIV is down 28 cents, or 1.3%, to $22.04.
