Avnet, Arrow: Credit Suisse Downgrades As Demand Sags

Avnet (AVT) and Arrow Electronics (ARW) shares are both trading lower this morning after Credit Suisse analyst William Stein cut his ratings on the two electronics distributors to Neutral from Outperform. As Stein notes, the market has already become wary of the stocks, with Avnet down 17% since mid-August through last night, and Arrow down 19% in the same span. But he is worried about demand, and thinks there could be more downside to come.
